Every item is quality checked before we ship your order, but if you are not fully satisfied, we offer full refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, deodorant, makeup, perfume and any damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items bought in a Walk-On’s restaurant
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more
  • Hats
  • Drinkware

All returns must have a shipped date within 30 days of the order being placed. Returns that exceed 30 days will not be accepted, and any items sent back to us not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Once a return is delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email merch@walk-ons.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damage and your order number.

Lost Packages: Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen.

Exchanges: We are not currently offering exchanges at this time.

Incorrect Orders: We double check every order before we ship, but we are human and mistakes can happen! If you receive the wrong item or are missing part of your order, send us an email at merch@walk-ons.com with your order number and information on what is incorrect. You must email us within 7 days of delivery date, or we cannot accept it. We’ll send you a prepaid return label if you received the wrong item – please ship the incorrect item within 7 days, so we can send you the correct item.

How to Make a Return: We accept returns on all items that are unworn, unwashed and not damaged. Be sure to include your order number with your package – if we do not have the necessary order information, we cannot accept your return. You can review our return policy here. Please note we reserve the right to deny a return if our return policy guidelines are not met.

If return policy guidelines have been met, you can request a USPS return label free of charge by emailing merch@walk-ons.com. We recommend shipping to us in the same packaging for an easier return process.

If you ship your item back and we cannot accept your return (final sale, damaged goods, drink ware, etc.), you are responsible for paying the shipping amount needed to send back to you.
